JEFF HESTER, ATHLETIC DIRECTOR, HERITAGE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

Ron Hunter, IUPUI Men’s Basketball Coach

"P.A.S.S. is a great tool for young people to develop motor skills & confidence.  My son has greatly improved his motor skills as well as becoming a better athlete.  I completely endorse this company and would recommend their programs to everyone."

Ashland Whitfield, Olympian & former collegiate track & field coach

"My son, Alexander, has been training at P.A.S.S. for about three months now.  This past spring was his first track and field season.  He chose the long jump as his track and field event.  We established a 14 step approach for him which measured sixty-three (63) feet.  He ended the season with a best jump of 15' 8".  On November 12th he participated in his first indoor track and field competition, which was his first competition since August and his first time on the runway since August.  We used his same 14 step approach, but now it measured eighty-three (83) feet and his first jump was 16'4".  His approach distance increased twenty (20) feet with the same 14 step approach.  I attribute his increased approach distance directly to his training at P.A.S.S."

Rod Hauser Sr., Indy Express basketball coach

"Several participants in our group has participated for several months - twice a week.  We've seen dramatic improvement in many of our boys' stop and go quickness, take off speed and in their jumping abilities.  I've also noticed more stamina for our consistent participants.  Every kid seems to display more confidence with their abilities in football, basketball and running (track) activities.  I can see that the training is a great benefit to these young athletes."

Patti Crabtree, mother of 2, HSE

"I just wanted you to know that Tyler is having a great year with the JV team at HSE. He has started every game and has gotten a lot of playing time. (quite a bit more than last year) His coach asked him the other day more about PASS. He wanted to know how/where he went to improve on his foot speed, etc.  His defense has improved tremendously….they usually have him defend the other team's best player. Anyway, I just thought you might want to know that Tyler is a walking advertisement for your facility. Please pass our thanks along to Steve too!!! Whatever he did made a huge difference :-)

Mark Maloof, father of 2, HSE Basketball & HSE Softball

“What has been a help from PASS is that their instructors, particularly Steve, seem to see areas of improvement better than I, as a parent can. As those opportunities for improvement have been identified, remedies have been applied and results occur. Steve has also been good in changing the routines to keep the sessions fresh minimizing the possibility of boredom by the participant.
The other important positive fallout, is that proper technique to lift weights has been shown further enhancing their ability to use weights especially when they are at the high school, often lifting weights in a crowded room, mostly unsupervised. This has not only assisted them in helping them to maximize their weight training but further minimized their risk of injury.”

"My daughter, Rachel, a 13-year-old, needed help with elevating all phases of her fitness as they related to her playing competitive basketball. Jaime and Darrin Bowling customized a program for her, concentrating on their business' hallmarks of power, agility, speed and strength. The results were nearly immediate. Her leaping and striding have improved considerably in a very short time, she is much stronger, far fitter, has way more wind and is playing the game with an incredibly higher level of confidence. She enjoys the atmosphere, the staff and the personalized attention she receives. I wouldn't have her go anywhere else. P.A.S.S. is the best thing to happen to her athletic development, without question. She's proud of her gains, and she is proud to be P.A.S.S.'s charter member. We're not satisfied customers; we're THRILLED customers!"

Steve Greenberg, father, Carmel

"I think that P.A.S.S. Performance Training is extremely useful and beneficial to kids and adults that are serious about getting better at whatever sport they play. I know that since the time I started attending P.A.S.S. I feel like I have already improved. I feel stronger, mentally and physically, and also feel like I have stopped running flat-footed and I’m now on my toes taking longer strides. Those were two main things I went into training hoping to improve, and I feel like I’ve already done it. The staff at P.A.S.S. is very kind and a lot of fun; when I’m at P.A.S.S. I feel like it’s my second home. The staff members make working hard lots of fun! I think I’m going to try to get some of my friends to join, but that’s easy; all I have to do is show them the muscle I’ve gained! I love going to P.A.S.S., I’ll never leave!"

Rachel Greenberg, Carmel

"Jamie Bowling made a difference with the Lady Eagles Basketball team this year.  She worked the girls into the best physical shape they have attained in the seven years I have been associated with the program.

The girls hated and loved having Jamie at practice.  We were quicker, stronger and in better shape than our opponents.  Jamie's experience with college programs gave her the knowledge to speak with authority on several different issues and this assisted us in both the mental and physical aspects of the game. Thank you Jamie.”

RON YOUNG, HERITAGE CHRISTIAN ASST VARSITY LADIES BASKETBALL COACH

"Jamie Bowling of PASS was very instrumental in developing the Heritage Christian lady basketball players for the 2006-07 basketball season. Jamie coordinated our strength and conditioning program for the '06-07 season which further enhanced our player's abilities on the basketball floor. Her efforts better prepared the ladies for the long season and tournament run leading to our second state championship."

RICK RISINGER, HEAD VARSITY LADIES BASKETBALL COACH,

Heritage Christian High School

“PASS has revolutionized our athletic programs here at Heritage Christian School.  Everyone of my coaches who has kids participating in PASS has been able to see tremendous growth in the areas of speed, agility and athleticism.  Jaime gets our kids ready to compete!”

“The areas that PASS helped us the most:

1. Speed- every player improved their home to first time since their first test.  We beat out more balls last year than ever.

2. Stamina- One Sunday we played 5 straight games and could have gone 6 or 7.  We did not get tired after 2 or 3 games in a day.  It was especially noticed with our pitchers and catchers.

3. Strength-  We hit the ball harder, our pitchers increased speed.

Do I think PASS played a role in the mental game?

Without a doubt.  They knew they weren't going to get tired so they went full speed all the time especially when it was hot.

Did I have any doubts that PASS training would hurt my daughter's pitching or hitting?

No I thought the exact opposite.  I knew she would be stronger and less likely to injure herself.  The training she has done and will continue to do has increased her pitching speeds and her stamina.  I only wish that I would have had a radar gun on her in the bottom of the 9th inning in the high school state championship game as she was throwing harder in the 9th than she was in the first 3 innings of the game.  Probably the hardest I have ever seen her throw.  With regards to hitting she has developed greater bat speed and is hitting the ball harder than ever.  It is the core muscles that are used the most in both pitching and hitting and by working them as much as they do in their program.”

BRAD LEWIS, Softball Coach, Indy Dreams/Lutheran High School

“PASS has added a new dimension to our volleyball training program at Heritage.  Our team is stronger, quicker and has more endurance for the long matches.  The PASS trainers design a sports specific program for our team and then push them to new levels with each work-out.  A must for any team wishing to compete at the highest level!”

MICHELLE YORK, Head Volleyball Coach, Heritage Christian High School

Testimonials

Some comments from a few of our customers...

“PASS has become an off-season necessity for me!  Training here definitely plays a major role in my becoming of a major league baseball player.”

KEVIN MAHAR, MLB OUTFIELDER, TEXAS RANGERS

“I have been coaching for 24 years (Div 1, 3 and High School) and this is the first year I knew my players were coming into two-a-days with a physical and mental advantage.

Our teams have always been in condition but we had no edge on the competition, because every good team will be in good condition to play the game. The edge that Jaime Bowling and the PASS program afforded our team was a direct impact on our quickness, agility, and ability to remain relatively injury free throughout the season.  I believe PASS assisted our football team in moving from good to great!  I can’t imagine going into another season without this training edge!”
