Kelvin Hayden Football Camp
PASS Football skills classes will make you a better
all-around football player and athlete.
Classes will include:
*Blocking (Line, back, open field)
*Skills (receiving, hand offs, cuts, QB skills)
*Tackling form (Dip, tuck, rip, speed feet) *Open field break down & angle to tackle
*Power (jumping, overpowering) *Explosiveness (Hip explosion, off-the-line starts)
*Strength (proper training w/ football focused lifts)
*Speed (40 yd, short burst, etc)...& much more
open field break down and angle to tackle.........prevents over pursuit, reaction.
PASS/Football Skills
class is for grades 3-8.
Classes will be divided into 4 groups based on age /ability
Classes will be held on Sundays from 1:00-3:00pm
Next session starts April 13th
Classes will be at P.A.S.S.
(I-69 & 96th St behind Home Depot)
Once the weather is warmer, classes will move to Mudsock Fields in Fishers, we will notify everyone before moving classes.
5 week session cost—$75 or $20 per class
Each group will spend about 40 minutes per station:
1.) Speed and Agility
2.) Power and Strength
3.) Blocking and Tackling
4.) Skills
