PASS Football skills classes will make you a better all-around football player and athlete.
Classes will include: *Blocking (Line, back, open field) *Skills (receiving, hand offs, cuts, QB skills)
*Tackling form (Dip, tuck, rip, speed feet) *Open field break down & angle to tackle
*Power (jumping, overpowering) *Explosiveness (Hip explosion, off-the-line starts)
*Strength (proper training w/ football focused lifts) *Speed (40 yd, short burst, etc)...& much more
