P.A.S.S. Performance Training offers adult training. Our training programs are much different than the old health club routine. We will meet with you prior to your training to discuss your personal goals and then modify your training regimen to maximize your workout. Our coach monitored programs will get you in and out, all the while challenging you and aiding you to reach those personal goals. If your looking for something a little different - come check out what we can offer. We currently offer separate men’s & women’s classes at a variety of times. We will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. We also offer open workouts during your lunch hour at very reasonable rates. We will take you thru a few workouts and show you the ropes—then let you continue your workouts on your own. If you are tired of your gym routine—cardio, cardio and then a bit more cardio—give us a try and you will actually get the results you desire.
