· P.A.S.S. Performance Training's programs are modeled from many leading Universities & Pro Teams training programs, but are tailored to meet the needs, wants and goals of our clients.

· Our clients will receive training to improve Power, Agility, Speed & Strength & more in both one-on-one and in small group instructed sessions with experienced, trained coaches.  P.A.S.S. Performance Training offers its services by appointment and thru a class schedule, ensuring the client is always serviced to their desire (one-on-one, small-group, age-specific, etc.).

Performance Training is a family-owned business.  We started this business because we have a passion for sports, fitness and healthy living, in addition to the passion, we also have the experience from actual playing experience to coaching experience—from the school-aged to the pro to the everyday parent..  As former college athletes/coaches, we know what it takes to live a fit, healthy lifestyle and also what it takes to be the best athlete you can be.
